The indicated rate is for 4 weeks and it is in Swiss Francs.
We want to encourage you to stay longer (it is good for the community!) that is why we apply a 20% discount from week 6 and a 20% surcharge on a stay of less than 3 weeks.
For bunkbed and twin rooms, if/when shared, the rent + the 2nd person fee will be divided equally between both guests.

Our cleaning and preferred changeover dates are Wednesdays. We therefor encourage arrivals/departures to happen on Wednesdays when possible.

7 days minimum stay
As a new coliving, we understand the need to “check the place out” that is why we have a 7 days minimum stay…for now.
However, we highly encourage you to stay longer than that to get all the benefits of Community.
The longer the cheaper
We have decided to offer discounted prices for extra-long stays to strengthen our sense of community.

Same same but different
All of our room are lovely and comfortable. But they are also all different. They offer different views, storage and size…
That is why we felt it was fair to have different prices.
Sometimes Life happens.
That is why we have a cancellation policy.
- If you cancel your stay more than 30 days in advance, you keep your deposit as a credit to be used within the next 12 months by you or someone you transfer it to.
- If you cancel your stay less than 30 days before arrival we will keep 20% of your booking. The rest of your deposit can be used as a credit within the next 12 months by you or someone you transfer it to.
- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance we will charge a 100% cancelation fee.
- We are not able to refund you if you decide to leave before the end of your stay.
